Pip

The tiny try-it mouse

Pip is a small mouse in a green tunic who starts tricks. Pepper on water. Candy colour races. Jars that climb and pop. He makes a bold claim, then he actually touches the bowl.

When the first try fails — clean paw, nothing flees — he does not quit. Soap on the stick. WHOOSH. The meadow gasps with him. Kids can retell what he did in one sentence.
