Luna

Soft hoot. Clear science.

Luna is an owl with amber eyes and bark-coloured feathers. She is the meadow’s calm explainer. Foam cloud rain. Floating drawings. Water that “holds hands” on top until soap breaks the hold.

She hoots — never lectures. One metaphor kids can hold: a cloud is a soft sponge; drops pile up until it rains. She sets the jar, drips slow, waits for the WHOOSH with everyone else.
